- Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products returned after this time will be offered store credit at our discretion.

- Packaging must be unopened and undamaged.

- Faulty products will only be refunded after a fault check has been performed by the products manufacturer.

- Premium dry foods have a money back satisfaction guarantee when the unused portion of the product is returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, we offer a full refund of the purchase price.

- Deposits left on customer orders will be forfeited if completion of payment is not made within 14 days . Goods will be returned to stock if uncollected within 14 days of our first notification call.
